[December 26, 2007 @ 5:13pm] Right, so, new plan. I haven't updated in a while, but basically I've been binging...majorly. This is now over. I'm not saying it like I did before, either, this is it, I am going on a juice fast until I can't do anymore...at the very least tomorrow, the 28th and the 29th. There you go, it's said now, I can't go back on it. It's a load of 1s and 0s whizzing about the internet. I will not change my mind based on what my psychologist says. I don't care if she's speaking sense...I will be back at my lowest weight for my birthday. It's a lot to get rid of, so I'm going to have to work hard, including during my mock examinations. Luckily those take time and I'll be at home a lot when my mum's at school but I have a day off. Plan for tomorrow: Fast...if my mum makes me eat I'll have soup and juice a drink for myself. I practically have free license until January the 4th...my back braces are broken and I can just claim extreme pain resulting from them. 2 comments|post comment
